TuneMeAI

Privacy notice

Last updated: 13 August 2026. KarmaPower s.r.o. is the controller for TuneMeAI app and service data.

Photos and face-related processing

You choose one photo through Apple's system picker; TuneMeAI does not request general photo-library access for import. The original is never replaced. On-device checks and Natural Glow stay on the iPhone. We do not identify people, infer demographics, or create persistent face templates.

Optional cloud edits

Before a cloud upload, the app separately names OpenAI and OpenAI Ireland Ltd., Global / United States processing, and the current retention statement. API inputs and outputs are not used for model training unless the customer opts in. Ordinary provider abuse-monitoring logs may retain content for up to 30 days. TuneMeAI's private input objects exist only for processing; result objects expire within 24 hours and are shortened after acknowledgement. Provider retention is separate from TuneMeAI deletion.

Analytics and advertising measurement

First-party product events contain controlled enums and opaque identifiers, never photo bytes, prompts, face coordinates, signed URLs, contacts, email or health data. Raw events expire within 90 days and de-identified daily aggregates within 24 months. Collection can be switched off and raw history deleted in Settings. Meta receives no photo or derived sensitive data. A single standard subscription measurement event is eligible only after Apple's tracking permission is authorized; production delivery remains disabled until release approval.

Security, storage and rights

Temporary objects are private and accessed using short-lived scoped grants. Account deletion is available inside the app and removes image objects and personal mappings, while legally required financial/security records may remain in restricted form. Deleting TuneMeAI does not cancel an Apple subscription. For access, correction, objection or deletion questions, use Support.
